Kira, as everyone knows is a little chatter box. Everyone that knows her, always comments on how expressive she is;however, it's not always easy to understand her. Well lately Kira has been talking up a storm. On Sunday I had a very proud moment with my daughter. We were sitting in the living room, I was reading she was playing. She said the word "ball" (it's a word she has said for a long time now) and then all of the sudden she got really excited and pointed to the armoire that holds the TV and started saying "basketball" quite a few times in a row. I repeated the word "basketball" and she shook her head yes. Then out of the blue with absolutely no prompting from her mother she said "I love the Utah Jazz". Yes all on her own. I was so happy, I had her repeat it and she said it again, but it wasn't quite the same as her saying it on her own.
It was a great moment that I'll never forget.
Today she said a lot of words clearly, she is growing up before our eyes.

Love that little girl. She's getting to big. I may be in Utah for my cousin's wedding from the 3rd of May to the 6th or so, so maybe we can get together? Anyway, know that I love you guys! So proud of her for talking so much, too. Love, Karli
You have some cute kids. I love to talk to Kira on the phone and try to figure out what she is talking about. You are teaching her young about the important things in life.
