Random thoughts

Nothing much has been going on lately, it's too hot to take the kids outside so most days we stay at home, which is ok since Josh practically naps the whole day. Lou has been extremely busy with work and school. At work they are putting out their fall catalog, the man who usually does most of it quit without doing any of it, so now they are in a time crunch. Look through your UVSC Continuing Education catalog when you get it and think of Lou. Maybe you'll find a class you'd like to take. I've taken two sewing classes from them and absolutely loved them, I plan on taking a third class starting in September. Anyways Lou has been working a ton and when he is home he mainly just does homework. It will be so nice when Lou graduates, I keep on reminding myself of that when I miss Lou, that it's a sacrifice now but it will be well worth it in the end.

We went to Old Navy this morning after hearing about Jessie's and Hannah's success. It was pretty crowded but not too bad. I found cute yoga pants for me and a pair of jeans. $5 each I couldn't resist. The jeans are really cute too, with this hot weather though who knows when I will be able to wear them. I didn't' find anything for the kids though. Kira has tons of clothes, I was mainly looking for Josh, he doesn't have many clothes at all, but they mainly had summer things (which makes sense) and he needs winter clothes. I guess I could've looked harder, I think I was just excited about my pants.

Lou gave me a blessing last night. I am so grateful that my husband has the Priesthood. I have been feeling like something is missing in my life right now, and I have been struggling to find out what it is. The blessing helped me a lot, it gave me good advice and also confirmed things that I had already been thinking about.

The pictures are of the kids playing in Josh's crib. When Josh woke up from his nap a few days ago, I stood him up, Kira thought that was the funniest thing so she wanted to stand near him. I put her in and they just had a jolly old time together. I love that they love to play with each other. I hope they keep it up.

Hey Diana, I have lots of boy baby clothes I can hook you up with if Josh needs some cute stuff. Almost all of it is from Old Navy and since boy clothes don't really go out of style I'm sure they're still fashionable. What size does he need for fall and winter? Let me know if you're interested.
