Sunny Day

Yesterday we had such a bright beautiful sunny day. On Wednesday we always have a play date with Kyah and Alyssa, so when I was talking with Alyssa, Alyssa suggested that we go to the park for our date. As soon as I hung up with Alyssa a friend in my ward, Ester called and asked if we wanted to go to the park too. So everything worked out perfect invitations by 2 friends to go to the Park. When we got to the park there was another friend from our ward already there with her kids too. It's so fun to see so many friends during the week.
Josh hasn't been to the park since he was a tiny baby sitting in the stroller or being carried in the front back, so I was pretty excited to see how he would react, unfortunately it wasn't well, Josh is very shy( a little side note, he went to nursery for the first time last Sunday and was fine the whole first hour without us in their, the 2nd hour Lou went in so much better than we had anticipated) so I think he was a little afraid of all the people and the new surroundings. (later in the day I learned that he was getting sick so that probably didn't help any either) I ended up holding Josh most of the time unless he was in the swing. Luckily for me Kira loves the park and just plays and plays and doesn't need or necessiarily want me following her around. One of the cutest moments was when Kira and Kyah were in the same swing, they looked so very happy to be with each other, I'm mad at myself for not bringing the camera. Josh and Kira also played in the same swing also. Fun times. Kira and Kyah would run and follow each other when they would get separated once they found each other again, they would run towards each other saying each others names and give each other a big hug. I just love how much they care for each other at such a young age.
I love the sunny weather. I am so excited that Spring is in the air.

Yeah that Josh is in nursery! That has to be a good feeling. And, I too love the warmer weather. I love just sitting and reading on the front steps. Glad that you have friends with kids to go do things with. Have a fun night!

I'm missing your posts! Hope your kids are feeling better. And that you didn't get sick, too. Let me know if I can do anything for you! Love you!
