Last Saturday Leann came down to spend the day with us so that I wouldn't be alone with the kids all day while Lou went and did some wiring at his parents new house. We had a great time together. Joshua who usually is not very friendly with strangers or grandparents only took about 4 minutes to warm up to Nana. He was hiding behind me for awhile and then he walked up to Nana (with a strong purpose) tapped her on the arm and said "hi" and the rest of the day he was fine with her.
Well later that day Nana volunteered to give Joshua a haircut. I like his hair longer but it was getting straggley. You can tell from the pictures about how Joshua felt with his short hair.
Having Leann cut Joshua's hair is one of the many bonuses of having parents/grandparents live close by. Another one is Nana is helping me with Kira' s birthday party on Saturday. Kira will be 3 this Sunday!

He may not be too fond of it, but I love it! It makes him look so grown up! Yay for mom & grandma!
I can't believe Kira will be three. It seems like not too long ago when I was holding her and she was firstborn.. What are you doing for her party? I bet that it will be way fun. Take lots of pictures!
