On my mind

Why oh why do kids get sick after going to their well being check ups why oh why does this happen? For some reason my kids nearly always have a reaction to their shots. The first time Kira was ever sick it was after receiving her shots (I think she was 9 months old) now at her 3 year appointment she's having the same reaction. Kira was up 3 times last night and anyone who knows Kira knows she doesn't wake up for anything. Yesterday she took a really long nap and when she woke up she just wanted to lay on the floor and not to a thing. This morning she was up for only about an hour before she went down for her nap again she just layed on the couch and didn't want to move. Unfortunately Joshy got sick this morning (he was fine yesterday) so 2 kids sick at the same time is no fun for the mom.
I love this picture of Kira it shows all the stickers she got from the doctor and I think it's appropriate she's wearing Lou's graduation cap. IT seems like she is officially no longer a baby being 3 and her check up was her graduation into the preschool age. We even had to take a test (well a questionnaire) where I would draw different shapes and see if Kira could do it and answer questions about Kira's development. She was able to do it all so in my mind she graduated :)
Kira was such a good girl at the doctor and only cried when they stuck the needle in her. The rest of the time she was talking with the doctor like he was an old friend. Our doctor is older and thinks there are many differences between girls and boys and he is always saying how amazingly smart little girls are especially at this age he kept on telling Kira how amazing she was.

Okay other things on my mind Lost. Wasn't last night's episode just crazy! I loved it I can't remember a better episode in such a long time. The whole time I realized I'd be holding my breath and then I'd have to let it out. Jessie and I were saying how funny it is that we'd get such strong physical reactions to a TV show but then again it is Lost. Wow and I was right about Locke's Dad. I want to know what Jack and Juliette know and why Jack is being so weird. I use to like Jack he used to be my favorite character but now geez he's so annoying. How could he possibly trust Juliette? What is up with Locke will he ever go back to his fellow Lostees? will they accept him back? Do we believe Naomi? Was Ben the one that made it seem like they found flight 815 in the pacific? How will Sawyer react after doing what he did? What will everyone do to Juliette when Sawyer plays the tape for them? Oh I can't wait for an entire week or more for these answers!

One more thing on my mind. The Utah Jazz. tonight they have to win or they'll be eliminated from the playoffs. It's been a good yet frustrating series, Utah is clearly the better team but the league likes Super Stars so the refs have decided nearly all the games in Houston. Jazz have been getting better every game and luckily tonight they play in Utah were they have just dominated Houston so good luck Jazz!
