Today we went to the dentist it wasn't too bad, all 4 of us went. The kids didn't open their mouths for the dentist at all. Kira sat in the chair very nicely but would not open her mouth, she didn't cry or complain at all but she wouldn't open her mouth so of course Josh copied her. Kira told us that she wants to be a dentist when she grows up. I think we'll encourage that goal, I've always wanted a dentist in the family. Kira got to shoot Lou with the air spray gun and was very excited that she was helping the dentist. I was happy the kids didn't cry but a little disappointed that the dentist didn't get to look in their mouths. I had one tiny cavity that the dentist filled right away took less than 3 minutes and they didn't numb my mouth but it didn't hurt at all. Lou had 2 cavities and will get them filled later this week.Since Friday morning Kira has loved puzzles. Nana got her a Winnie the Pooh puzzle book when she was a newborn, I've always kept in up in her closet because I didn't want her playing and losing the pieces. On Friday she asked Mom, wheres my Pooh bear puzzle book? I got it down for her and lo and behold she could do the puzzles. I had to help her a tiny bit but she did the first puzzle in less than 5 minutes. So every morning since than she has asked to play with her puzzles. On Saturday we went to the birthday party for a friend of Kira. Kira was such a good girl at the party, every mom was telling me oh my goodness Kira is such a good girl or Kira is so sweet. The mom of the birthday girl told me how smart Kira was. She couldn't believe that Kira was just as a part of the conversations the adults were having as the adults were. I love this picture of Kira in a Pink Floyd hat, I think she looks so much like her cousin Kyler in this picture.
Joshy has been a sleepy bug lately, he usually isn't waking up until around 10. Here's a picture of him right after he woke up at 10 :45 on Saturday, I love the tired eye baby look.
Kira finally got to return to dance class today. For the last 2 weeks she's been playing with "the girls" her new imaginary friends or so I thought. Kira was really referring to the girls in her dance class. Kira goes on picnic with these girls in our living room, dances with them, and takes naps with them .

10:45! Alex has been waking up at 5:15--AM! In the morning. It's killing me!
It's so funny that Kira is playing with imaginary versions of real girls. Kaitlin's doing the same thing. We even had one friend come with us on our recent trip to California. We almost came to blows when somebody needed to sit in her seat in the car!
