My Boy

Today we had such a fun time. The only bad thing is I forgot my camera so there's no pictures to document today (what was I thinking?) We went to Thanksgiving point with my good friend Rachelle. Hannah and Bridget were going to go also but Hannah unfortunately has a migraine today and Bridget's little Joey is sick. Rachelle and I had a great time talking. Kira and Daniel got along really well they had lots of fun playing with the hands on exhibits. Kira loved the part where you walk on a bridge in the dark with stars shining around you. All the kids loved the erosion exhibt, even little Josh who hates getting his hands dirty. Kira had sand all up her arms but Josh only got one of his hands dirty. I was watching him he was very careful to only stick his left hand in leaving his right hand clean at all times, I can totally see myself doing that has a child. We ended the day by having a picnic outside the museum, Kira and Daniel had a ton of fun playing on the rocks. it was nice it gave Rachelle and I a good chance to talk. As we were leaving I asked Kira if she had fun and she said oh yes I like Daniel he's "my boy". So I may I dare say that Kira has her first crush. She might have competition with Mya though because apparently Daniel is Mya's little doll's daddy.
I was thinking how fun crushes are I know I've had my share in the past. Now I only get crushes on famous people since real people are out of the question. I haven't ever been the type of girl to go ga ga over actors or singers. I remember when I was a girl and I was playing with my sister, Sharon and our friend Charity. We were all pretending that we were married. I remember that Sharon and Charity came up with people (famous people) so quickly and I could not come up with one actor who I would want to even pretend to be married too. Growing up the only crush I had on anyone famous was John Stockton. Now I look at him and think really? I get teased for that from some of our friends. Kenny would always say you just liked him because he wore short shorts. In the last year I've had "crushes" on a few people. Don't worry Lou is aware and think it's funny.
My first crush as been going on for a little bit. It's on Jim Halpert. Granted my crush on him kind of died for awhile this year when he was dating Karen and wasn't super nice to Pam. But the season finale gave me hope again and I imagine season 4 will be better for my crush on Jim.

My second crush is on Deron Williams, the point guard for the Utah Jazz. I don't know what it is about me and Jazz point gurads. I don't even think it's really a crush but I just love him as a player he's my absolute most favorite player.

My third crush matches that of my sister and thats for David Gilmour (If you notice I've changed my side video highlights to David Gilmour) . Again it's not him that i have a crush on it's his music so it makes me have a crush on him. I love his new solo album (well it came out a couple years ago) "On an Island" it is so relaxing and it's just so nice to listen to, I love how it makes me feel.
So those are my crushes. An actor, an athlete and a musician, at least I'm well rounded in my crushes. I think it's cute Kira has a crush (if she does). Aren't crushes fun!
