My surgery
On Thursday Sept 4 I will have surgery. As everyone knows I have terrible allergies which leads to chronic sinus problems and other issues with my nose. I went to an ENT yesterday and he said since I have tried every medicine that the only other option is surgery. I had a CT scan done which showed a bad sinus infection, swollen turbinates and a deviated septum. The total surgery will last 90 minutes but I get to go home after 1/2 hour of observation. The doctor said my breathing will improve dramatically right after the surgery. I can't wait. I am a little nervous since I've never had surgery before and have only had general anesthesia once before (wisdom teeth) but I can't wait to be able to breathe!

You look super cute! That first self portrait is darling-you don't look a day over 23! (: And, exciting about your surgery! I think you will feel so much different-a new woman! We will be praying for you and waiting to hear about the outcome.
Also, I had no idea Lou was so talented when it came to wood and artsy things! What a blessing. You can have him make frames galore for you! so much fun. Love you guys!

I can't believe you're having surgery! I hope that I don't end up in the same place. Ugh. What ENT did you see? I might have to get some info from you. I made an appt today for Sept 3rd. I hope they can fix me! Good luck!!!

Hope everything turns out great. You might not be breathing right, right after the surgery, but soon days after. My friend just had the surgery- so give it a little more time then that day!
