The Letter B

Laurie  gave the letter "B" to me over a week ago, I 've been meaning to this post since then but I have had no motivation to blog since Lou is still working on our computer, I can use it but we can't really save anything to it yet so without pictures or videos it's kind of unmotivating. So I'm so sorry there haven't been pictures of our life but soon hopefully.
The idea of the letter post is that you come up with 10 things that you like/love that start with that letter when people comment on your post then you go to their blog and give them a letter. Laurie gave me the letter B at first I was thinking it would be hard but after thinking about it now for nearly two weeks I like it and have thought of a lot. This is in no particular order of how much I like these things

1. My Boys- I love Lou and Joshy sooo much. I love everything about Lou and about Josh. I couldn't ask for a better son. He is the kind of son I needed, so calm, nice well-mannered, quiet. And lou he is my dream guy so yeah life doesn't get much better than with my boys.

2. Basketball-  I love basketball I always have and probably always will. While I was at "work" on Saturday I was talking to this girl I work with before the game and we were talking about whether or not we were working the Mens basketball games. I told her for sure I was, that that was the main reason I work football is to beable to work basketball. I then told her how much more I love the NBA than college basketball. she asked me why, I really couldn't give her a reason why I love it so much I just do. She said wow you talk so passionately about it, it's fun to see you so excited about it.

3. Books- I love to read. I have become a much more avid reader since not being in school anymore. Its nice to read because I want to not because I have to read.  I wish I had more money to spend on books. I love all kinds of books. Novels, non-fiction, craft books church books everything. I love going to Barne's and Noble and just look around.

4. BYU- growing up I always preferred BYU to the U but really didn't have a strong preference. I'd always cheer the one on if they were playing with each other and cheer on BYU if they were playing each other except for awhile in HS I would cheer for the U basketball team because they were soo good.  But now being a BYU graduate, working for their event staff living in Provo for so long. I just love BYU. I bleed blue. It's actually hard for me to cheer the U now. Isnt' that crazy.

5. Blogs- I love blogs. I love reading about peoples lives and staying caught up on friends and family close and far away.  I love that I have blogging friends people that are my friends because we met through blogging. It's just a great way to keep a journal of my life, my feelings, my family.  I also love twitter lately and think everyone should join. It's like a blog but you only have 140 words to write what your doing, it's easy to update and fun to read.

6. bookclubs.  I love being a member of 3 different bookclubs. I have my bookclub that jessie formed. We've been together for 3 years now. I have blogger bookclub and lately I have my ward bookclub.  Yes its kind of excessive to belong to 3 bookclubs but I enjoy them all for different reasons.  I don't go to my ward book club every month but some of us in the book club have started to have a movie night every Wednesday. I love it, I had a hard time feeling close to people in the ward after Jessie and Jessica moved but now I feel that I  have true friends in the ward again.

7. Beauty- I love appreciating the beauty in things, whether its the nature around me, my children, a pretty shirt, the beauty of a clean house , etc.

8. Best friends- I love having close friends in my life. I love that some of my bestfriends live close by and some live far away. I love that I can count my 2 sisters as some of my bestfriends too.

9. Bedtime/beds -I just love putting my kids to bed. 7 has to be one of my favorite times of the day. And I love my bed. I love laying in it to read, to relax to wake up in. I love my bed.

10. Being Me - I know that's pretty lame for B but I really couldn't think of anything else. I love who I am and who I am becoming. It's great to just be me.

Cool idea for a post. I laughed when I read that 7 was one of your favorite times of day- bedtime is for me as well.

Fun list Diana!
I love your blog - it's so cute.
You will have to tell me where you are working - I missed that update.
I saw your comment on our blog- we went to northern Utah on an emergency visit for my Grandma's funeral. I didn't think to tell anyone I was in town.
We will be in Provo this summer because Josh will be a visiting professor at BYU - if you want to get together then I would love it!

This is a great list. Thanks for sharing all of your B's with us. I think it's so cute that you love basketball and I didn't know that you were a BYU grad! I also love bedtime (for the kids, not myself) and book club.

I am so impressed of all the things that you thought of for the letter B. I love the one about how you love Being yourself, that rings true. I also love books. I love getting to know you better

This is a really neat idea! It seems like you were able to come up with 10 "B" things with no sweat!
