We Love Lou!

I'm listening to Pink Floyd right now getting myself in a Lou sort of mood. I can't tell you how much I love Lou, its hard to put into words something so deep and something so true. I just love Lou more than I love anything or anyone. I can't believe that Heavenly Father would bless me with someone as perfect as my Lou is. When I was single I pictured what my husband would be like and lets just say even in my wildest dreams I never came up with someone as good as Lou.
Today Lou turns 30 years old! My young husband is thirty years old today.
30 Things I love about Lou.

1. Lou is always nice even when I'm not.
2. Lou makes everyone around him feel comfortable yet he never needs to be in the spotlight.
3. Lou loves the kids possibly more than I do.
4. Lou works hard. I've never met anyone who works as hard as Lou. Many of the stories I hear from Lou's parents and old neighbors are about work that Lou did for them.
5. Lou has is own unique style yet always looks good
6. Lou is a true and loyal friend.
7. Lou knows more about the Jazz and the NBA than he probably ever thought he would just so he can talk to me about them.
8. Lou never ever shows any signs of stress to me. I have never met anyone as easy going as Lou
9. Lou has a great sense of humor and can make anyone laugh. You never know when Lou is being serious or not. It seems like he can always get especially his sisters and my sisters to take him seriously when he is actually joking.
10. Lou can do anything with wood. He is an amazing carpenter, which makes me so excited to some day have a house. I have my own Charles Ingalls.
11. Lou made me my own Harry Potter wand made exactly how Harry's wand is described in the books just because he knows I love Harry Potter that much.
12. Lou this year bought a 1977 Landcruiser. A car he has wanted since his Dad sold the one they had in high school. Its needed some work but somehow Lou knows how to fix everything.
13. Lou is a great brother to his siblings. He loves to spend time with them especially Mark who lives just in Orem.
14. Lou went from being a student employee to the Director of Instruction at UVU continuing ed in 3 short years. Just shows again what a hard worker Lou is and how much people like him.
15. Lou will watch whatever I want to on TV and never asks for the remote.
16. Lou is always willing to become friends with my friends' husbands.
17. Lou at one time owned about 10 of the same shirt. Everyone from his Boise years identifies Lou with his Winchester shirts.
18. Lou loves the outdoors and loves to camp even though he doesn't do it as much as he'd probably likes because of me and my allergies.
19. Lou loves to play X-Box live with his friends and cousins. Lou can torch anyone in really any video game.
20. Lou gets the kids ready for church on Sunday's so I have more time to get ready.
21. Lou is the parent the kids want when they are hurt. The kids just love their Dad.
22. Lou has an excellent singing voice even if he doesn't think he does.
23. Lou completed the Endless Song list (all the songs on Rock Band 2) with his brother Mark and friend Scott. Lou played the guitar for every song except maybe two. Mark and Scott switched off for the vocals. It only took about 7 hours with no breaks.
24. Lou is willing to only have 2 kids and never ever puts pressure on me to have more.
25. Lou wants to learn how to play the bass guitar. I told him when we have a bigger place with a garage.
26. Lou has a strong testimony of the church is an excellent example of how to live the Golden Rule.
27. Lou is an amazing artist. He is currently making a tractor book for Joshy.
28. Lou also is amzing at sewing and always figures out my patterns when I can't.
29. Lou is a great son and loves to spend time with his parents and always willing to help them out with things that need to be fixed around their house.
30. Lou is the best husband this girl could ever ask for.
