Refreshed

Its funny how the smallest of things can change the tide. This is not a post about the Jazz. I now have Jazzbots for my Jazz fanaticism. But I would like to use the Jazz to start how I feel right now.
Last night Sundiata Gaines (who? ... right!) a player that the Jazz signed 10 days ago from the NBA Developmental league to a 1o day contract shot a game winning buzzer beater against the mighty Lebron James and the Cavaliers.
I feel much like the Jazz right now. Just on Monday or Tuesday I blogged about how hard life is going right now. Thanks to two relatively small things life is going good again.
1. Comments and phone calls- I so appreciate the comments I received from everyone on my post. Its nice to know that people care about you. Everyone's comment was so individualized and so perfect. I felt liked I received a big group hug from all my favorite people. Plus my Mom called me the next day. She didn't really mention or talk about what was wrong she just made me feel happy like she always does.
2. Game Plan- Hannah said wallow for a moment than pick a game plan.
I know I can't do much right now with how I feel physically. Eventually my thyroid level will settle and I'll be fine but for the moment I can't do anything to change it. My game plan. Exercise every day because it brings me so much energy and helps with being tired. It send endorphins throughout my body which makes me feel so happy. I've been exercising two times a day all week and it rocks. Be positive- accept that every day won't be as productive as I like. But be happy with what I do accomplish. Keep busy, be a happy Mom and wife.

Life is good, I love it.

HaHaHa! I heard about that game ending on the radio as I was driving home from somewhere and instantly thought you must be having a happier night.

That is awesome that you have found exercising helps you so much. And, your last comment made me think of the serenity prayer-- Accept the things I cannot change, have the courage to change the things I can. You are living it, and you are great!

I love your game plan. I made a new gameplan recently too, and I already feel better. Good luck rocking your plan! And way to go for exercising multiple times a day. That's awesome.

Way to go! I really think that coming up with a plan and then following through with it is the best medicine for what ails you. I know it can't fix your health problems, or any of the concrete problems in your life. A plan, however, can make them more manageable! I'
m glad things are looking up!

I'm so glad you're feeling better! And I love Hannah's advice. She is so good coming up with solutions.
I think it's great that you are exercising even though you don't feel well!
