- Josh came home from school with a drawing of me and him cuddling under the title " I like to..."
- My sister did a blog post about me. I never have people do blog posts about me it really made my day.. thank you Sandi!
- Kira has really discovered that she loves reading. Every spare moment that girl is either reading or drawing. She is amazingly talented at both. Kira can read chapter books and she draws better than me!
- Kira has practiced the piano every day since her lesson last Sunday. She is a natural talent at it. I love that she is already moving ahead of the songs I told her to practice. I did that all the time when I took lessons.
- Josh can tell you all about bats. Josh brought home a Weekly Reader about bats he was able to tell me all about them.
- Lou has worked hard on the house this week... we are almost ready to paint the basement.
- the Jazz finished their preseason with an 8-0 record. Their real season starts on Wednesday.
- Halloween is a week from today. Kira will be a ballerina. Josh wants to be Pluto again. Its nice it won't cost us any money. Since we use all of our spare money on the house.
- I have been able to sleep every day since the kids are at school all day. Something I wouldn't have been able to do last year and definitely not the year before. Hopefully this flu will go away!
- Good Mail- Leann mailed the kids Halloween books and invited them to a Halloween Party on Saturday. Its become a yearly tradition to have a halloween party its so fun.
- BYU won yesterday(barely) I hated working because I felt awful the whole time. I did win the Crowd Pleaser Award. So I got free candy (I chose Skittles) and a free movie pass. Plus an old man bought me a hot chocolate.
Hopefully this week will have as many good things happen but hopefully I won't be sick!

Glad you had a good week other than your dumb sickness! Hope you have a good one too-it has to be, because it's Halloween! :)
Kudos to you for being able to see all the great things in your life even while feeling crummy. I hope you get ever so very much better, and that your family doesn't come down with what you had!

My mom does an annual Halloween party for Danny and his cousins. It is so cute and they look forward to it every year.
Can't wait to see more pics of your house!
