Life Changes

Conference Weekend is always a great time to ponder your life and how to improve it. This weekend was no exception. I really enjoyed Conference. It is so nice now that the kids are old enough to be pretty much quiet or keep themselves entertained so we can pay attention.  They have to be in the room with us but they can play as long as they are quiet. Every once in awhile we will ask what the talk is about so we can see if they are listening. Kira is beginning to understand a lot.  I like taking notes on my computer, so does Lou and then we can chat with each other during the talks about something that hits us right then without talking.

Sometimes you get promptings to make small changes in your daily routines.  I did, and I have been doing it the past few days and it helps already. Sometimes you get confirmations of a family decision that you had been thinking about for a while.  This happened to me and Lou this weekend.

 I'll say right now it is NOT pregnancy or anything to do with babies.  I am grateful for the Spirit and the guidance it gives us in making decisions.  It will be hard but with the promptings we've received and the prayers we have said we know the Lord will support us and be behind us on this when we come to a definitive decision.

 Today was Western day at school for the kids.  Kira's hat really isn't western but she looks cute :)
