Melissa your smile sweet,
eyes blue, like Heaven's sky.
Long summer days we spent
laughing, talking watching
the clouds slowly rolling, by.

delicious food and drinks
 the perfect hostess is, you
the delighted guests are, us
eating, laughing loving
 family, and close friends too

years past by too quickly
distance kept us apart
now you left us, too soon
your smile, your laugh and voice
will always be in our hearts



*Today my mom called to tell me my aunt Melissa only had a few days left, about a half hour later my mom called to tell me Melissa was gone.  I love Melissa and will miss her dearly.
