The Visit

Nana has been here for almost a week, we have had such a fun time so far. Kira loves her Nana, she calls her Nana "ba ba". Whenever she wakes up in the morning or from her nap the first words out of her mouth are baba. Kira plays with Nana all day long, the first days Nana was here Kira only took hour long naps because she was too excited to see her Nana. We're glad she has settle down some and her nap schedule is back to normal.

This past Saturday we went up to Salt Lake and went to the Hogle Zoo. It was a lot of fun to see how excited the kids got about the animals. Kira loved to ride the train, Joshy was almost napping so we decided to keep in in the stroller and have him and Daddy wait for us. After the zoo we went downtown and walked around Temple Square and the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. We ate dinner at the Lion House Pantry, we have never eaten there, it was very good. The kids were so happy especially for not having naps, it was such a great day.

The rest of her visit we've done a lot of shopping and going on walks, it's just so much fun having her around. Nana will go up to Ogden on Thursday to spend time with her sister and stay there for the weekend, I am a little worried about how Kira will react to that.
We are so glad that Nana and Gramps (Lou's parents) will be moving back some time next year, the kids and us are just going to love it!

You guys look so good! I love your "shants!" I can't believe how old Josh is looking! Tell Nana hi for us, too. Hope we get to see you soon; I'm in serious Diana and Lou withdrawals. Thanks for the comment, you always make my day! Love you!

I was wondering when we would get an update on the fun stuff going on at your house. Sounds like it has been great- it will be so sad when she has to leave!

I love to be here with my little family. I look forward to Kira waking up as much as she does. It is music to my ears to hear her say "hi baba". Luckily we will be able to see them more even after I go to Ogden. Josh is getting a little worried about having me here so much. He says he loves me, just better when mom or dad or Kira are in the room.
