Our good friends Kenny and Jessica Hammond were in town last week to visit family for the holidays. We are so glad they have family in Utah so that we get to see them also. Jessica's mom lives right across 5th west so we were able to see them nearly every night that they were here. It's so nice to have friends that when you meet up after not seeing each other you can start up again right where you have left off. One of the nights we went over to Kenny's brother Ben's house for a dinner. It was good to see Ben and Kerri also. I see Kerri about once a month but I don't think Ben and Lou had seen each other for about a year.
Ok Robin ready to be jealous? Last night Lou and Mark borrowed their Dad's projector and set it up in our basement so they could play Super Mario Galaxy with it. It was actually fun to see such a big image of the game on our wall. I thought about you, Robin and thought oh if it wasn't so late I'd call you so you and Mark could enjoy it too. Next time we play Wii with the projector I'll definitely call you Robin.
So much more I want to share lately I've been experiencing such extreme emotions but I gotta go get ready to take Joshy to the doctor.

Oh man, I AM jealous, hehe! I always feel lucky that we have such a nice TV, but wow! And what a great game to play through a projector too!! I'm getting pretty close to the end of it. (: Definitely let me know the next time! Oh, and you guys STILL need to come play Rock Band sometime!

Glad you got to see Kenny & Jessica. You've always spoken so highly of them and I feel like we kind of know them through you!
We love playing with the projector! Layne will bring his over from work sometimes and we have a blast...it just makes it so life-like. How fun! Tell me about mario galaxy...we don't have that one. We love guitar hero 3 though and i bet you and Lou would have a blast with it too. I'd love to try rock band sometime too.

I have a few friends I am like that with. I love it! It's so nice to be so familiar with somebody who is not related to you. Friends are important, too!
Jeremy bought us a 10 foot screen for our theater (yes, 10 feet!). We were going to get rid of our XBoxes, but now we're not too sure. In fact we're looking for a Wii, now. Big video games, who can resist?
Linc has told me of a few projected video gaming times- it looks awesome.
Very fun to hang out with old friends!
