Where: Nana and Gramps
What: Halloween Party
Who: Nana and Gramps, G&G Allen, us, Mark and cousin Dane
Why: For Family Fun
We had a blast at our family Halloween Family last Friday. Everyone dressed in costumes. Everyone had great costumes but Lou drew the most laughs. Being a fisherman fish Lou was dressed in waders, had flippers for hands, and painted his face like a fish.
Games included musical chairs (Thank you Sharon for providing the Halloween music), carving pumpkins, apples on a string and Witch in the Graveyard (Halloween version of The Farmer in the Dell).
Food: Halloween soup baked in a pumpkin, rolls, salad, homemade rootbeer, pies and homemade pumpkin cheesecake (that I made)
I'm very excited for Halloween this Saturday. Tomorrow is Kira's school carnival that I have helped plan. I'm excited for it and excited for it to be over. Each room mother had to come up with a donation to auction off. I obtained a poster of the BYU men's basketball autographed by each player. ( They signed autographs at the Cougar Tipoff last night)
Happy Halloween!

Lou's costume is hilarious! Very creative!
That is a great item to auction off. I'm sure it did really well today.
Daniel had to miss all of the Halloween fun at school due to being sick :( It was sad. Oh well-there's always next year.
Have a fun day tomorrow!
How did the real day go? Your party looks awesome-I know Taylor was sad she had to miss it. Thanks for inviting her & including her in stuff-she loves you guys...and who could blame her?!
