Poor little Josh had been sick for the past three days. I think he has spent more time in the bathroom than anywhere else. I am grateful though that he is now 4 so it all goes into the toilet. I don't have to change diapers everyone 10 minutes as if he were a baby still. Josh is actually doing much better today but Tuesday-Thursday the poor boy couldn't keep anything down. He would eat one wheat thin and immediately run into the bathroom. Today Josh has been outside working on Lou's FJ with Lou and Jeff. Its fun that all three of them can spend time together.
I caught whatever Josh had and was sick Wednesday and Thursday I'm not feeling great today but not nearly as bad as yesterday. I'm still not 100% but at least I can sit up today and actually read.
Speaking of reading. I'm reading several books right now. I usually only read one at a time but several have my interest. One book that I am really enjoying is by Tony Dungy it is called Uncommon: Finding Your Path to Significance. I can see why as a head coach in the NFL Dungy had so much success; his words are quite motivating.
The book isn't about football at all, football is mentioned in some of his stories but its not a football book. Its a book about how to become your best self. It talks about finding humility, confidence, serving others, recognizing the good in others. I read half the book a few nights ago and look forward to finishing it today. I told Louis he had to read it. It just makes you feel so good about your future and what you can do to forget yourself and serve others.
I have found that I really enjoy reading books/biographies written by successful people. I love to see what characteristics they have compared to other people. What has driven their success etc. Most of the time it seems like they are very self disciplined, aren't afraid to fail, have a great love for whatever they are successful in and are focused on others not themselves.

Man, seems like everyone I know has had a stomach virus in the last 6 weeks. So sorry! Glad you guys are on the mend.
Oh dear. We have been sick at our house too, and I have had enough! So glad to hear that you are on the mend.
That sounds like a great book! I need (and want) to read more books like that:)
